• We do not store credit card or payment info. Purchases are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.

• Storage: Data is stored in secure Google Cloud databases.

• Retention: Personal data is retained until you delete your account. After you request deletion, we remove your info within 30 days. Aggregated anonymous data may remain indefinitely.

6.1 Resylr Helper (Chrome Extension)

The Resylr Helper Chrome Extension connects your marketplace accounts to Resylr to enable automatic synchronization of listings and orders.

• Data Collected:

  The extension uses secure session data (cookies and local storage) to verify your marketplace connections (e.g., Poshmark, Mercari, Depop). It does not collect personal details, browsing history, or unrelated web activity.

• Purpose of Use:

  Authentication tokens and marketplace session data are used exclusively for linking your marketplace accounts to Resylr for syncing listings and orders.

• Data Security:

  All authentication data is encrypted and transmitted securely through Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. The extension does not store or share this data with third parties.

• User Control:

  You can unlink marketplaces or remove the extension at any time. Removing the extension stops all marketplace data synchronization.

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be highlighted by an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
