How do I connect a marketplace?

Go to Marketplace Connections and link your accounts (some require the Resylr Helper extension).

How do I start a listing?

Tap Start a listing in Inventory, or open the listing flow from the dashboard.

What’s the difference between Active and Drafts?

Drafts are saved but not published; Active listings are live and syncing.

Can I duplicate a listing?

Yes, copy an inventory item to speed up similar listings.

Where do I see my listing limit?

On the dashboard’s listing credits tracker (shows remaining monthly credits).

When do listing credits reset?

Monthly, aligned with your subscription renewal.

What happens if I hit my listing limit?

You’ll be prompted to change plans; Pro users see a contact-support message.

Is background removal included?

Yes, unlimited background removal is included on all plans.

Do all plans include the same features?

Yes, all plans include the full feature set; the difference is monthly listing limits.

How do I switch plans?

Open Change Plan and pick a new tier; billing/proration follows App Store/Google Play rules.

Can I downgrade?

Yes, the plan change takes effect on your next renewal per store rules.
